Whomever is answering the phones is extremly rude and somehow thinks they own/operate the business. Horrible comunication skills as the first point of contact. She seems to think it is okay to just hang up on people when she's confused about their questions. Would not reccommend/use this company.

We had a wall A/C Unit installed, They should have not installed it (We found out later) it's for windows, and not walls.. (As Contractors they should have known) Also They did not put it on enough of a slant, and the condensation leaked into the home and ruined the wood floors. they blamed our A/C, which was brand new. we asked them to pay for or fix the floor damage, and they refused. Also the wood deck they installed is already warping in certain sections, and wasn't mitered properly in the corners. We do not recommend them. Update: after some back and forth, and bad reviews and consulting the BBB they agreed to pay for half of the cost of the flooring repair.

Huge thanks to #AGPifer construction of Daytona for a great experience with our bathroom addition! After months of frustation trying to find a full service contractor, I prayed wondering if maybe we should not do an addition at all. Just then as I was driving, I saw their crew working at a job site. I turned around to check the sign out front and grabbed their number. I called (on a Thursday) and was surprised to get an appointment for the upcoming Monday. They were very thorough, and knowledgeable, and their bid was detailed and complete. Throughout the process, they communicated well and regardless of several challenges that are inherent for these types of projects, they stayed incredibly close to on time, and on budget. We've had a vision for a pool and have needed a second bathroom for a long time. They helped make step one of that vision a reality and I am so impressed with their team. @James Reardon became like family over the past three months and it was amazing to be able to go to Colorado for two weeks and trust that he had everything under control. Because he did! Thanks to Gregg, Bill, Zach, Tina, Alejandro, Keith, Steve, Mike, Ryan, Trent (Amp electric) Amanda, Jeff (plumbers), Lisa Rott Mardak, (Advantage Pest Services), Mark, Tim, Jamaican Steve, (tile guys) Austin Strickland (Big A Roofing), Paul Smith and Andrew Smith for the AMAZING library wall in place of the window PLUS hours of advice, (Murphy Bed Center of Daytona), and all of the other contractors who's names are escaping me at the moment but definitely deserve accolades for playing a role to finish this project. I highly recommend AG Pifer if you are doing any additions, new builds, or large renovations in or near Volusia County, FL!
