Jackie should be fired! She is unprofessional and rude. AND she is a liar. Apparently, others feel the same way. I spoke to TJW Maafement. They said they talked to her but she's STILL THERE! We love the Sherwin but aren't coming back. It's all about customer service!

Called to get some details on condo before booking and the manager Jackie was VERY rude. I called to ask if the pool and beach access was available. She then proceeded to tell me in a very inappropriate way that I should know if the beach access was available if I planned on staying. I had told her earlier in the convo that I planned on booking a room and just wanted some info before paying. I then asked her what her name was after she had gave me a horrible first impression of this condo. I would not book if your looking for a place to stay with nice management this place is not it. Jackie the manager has a very unprofessional attitude.
