        I have been a loyal member for years!! I want to exchange a tank top with tags for another size and color, but because its after 30 days you cant return or exchange. Thats crazy for loyalty customers who shop Old Navy all the time!! The woman could have tried to do something for me! Nope! She let me walk out! Well Old Navy I may need to start finding a new place to shop if thats how your employees want to handle and exchange .
