I took my very aged 2007 Cadillac CTS in for service. My service advisor was Brandy Ngone. She was exceptionally knowledgable about all aspects of this year and model. My car was diagnosed, information was given to me in a timely manner and a plan to correct my issues was initiated. Very helpful and very honest staff. I recommend them highly.

Poor service dept car was in 4 times w same issue they made NO effort to get the issue fixed three weeks no rental car available no car to get the car taken care of and it is under FULL WARRANTY buyer beware do not go here they will screw you too BBB was no help either FYI no lemon law on used cars in FL must be new within 24 months my service advisor. Brandy was very aware that I had a problem with my car. She was notified and I was told that they were looking for a loaner three weeks later they still looking for a loaner. This is a used car lot. where is the cars? Nobody gives a damn they got your money and they keep on screwing you, Brandy did not keep her word I dont like to do business with people like this .Dishonest employee Buyer beware they do not return phone calls even if you leave messages on the managers desk they are not an honest or reputable dealer. If you go in to sell your car, they will give you a lowball offer. Its unbelievable not like other dealerships they play you like a fool keep driving you can do better elsewhere you dont need them they do nothing for you none of them. Also BBB was involved which was absolutely no help either one phone call after the next, but no appointments were made by the dealership real quick to try to sell you something but dont want to put the same effort into repairing your vehicle folks if you have a problem with your car you better turn around and go somewhere else cause youre going to be in big trouble if you take it here these technicians do not know what theyre doing nor does the management team does not return your phone calls. No one is there to help you with your issue. Dont go to the dealer unless you want more problems than you have now. Better Business Bureau made a lot of calls blah blah, blah blah, and did nothing to help me keep in mind there is no lemon law in the state of Florida for used cars. The law only pertains to new vehicles within 24 months of purchase. Remember that its very important. Dont do business with this dealer. They are a bunch of crooks Im giving you fair warning from the top to the bottom, get out where you have a chance !!! Beware service dept is the PITTS along w managers who DO absolutely nothing to help you with issues not even a call back from one manager to the next not one called regarding the messages that I left with concerns of my vehicle. Really? This is a business that youre going to do business with I dont think so.THEY WILL LIE to you and screw you in the end do not deal with this repair shop or to purchase a car THEIVES! # BUYER BEWARE Promises promises

Buying a new truck from this dealership was an exceptional experience. I came to this dealership due to multiple family members raving about their experiences and was referred to Lary Kelly. He was an absolute wonderful professional to work with and was very decisive, welcoming and helpful. I arrived unannounced and in order to speed up the experience and to keep it very personalized, he assigned Steve Smith to work with me. Mr. Smith figured out very quickly what my goals were and expeditiously gave me a recommendation which happened to be the perfect fit. While I test drove the truck, he handled all of the behind the scenes logistics which also included the trade in appraisal, etc. I quickly decided to purchase and while I was with the finance representative, Mr. Smith had the new truck prepped, everything moved from my old truck and was ready to give me my send off after complete. I could not have fantasized about two better people to work with than Mr. Kelly and Mr. Smith and their team approach was stellar. Now for the finance department experience: Shawn Lackemacher handled the transaction and he was phenomenal in the exchange. He asked me what I wanted to do and put together a recommended package and again, delivered exactly what I ended up selecting although he encouraged me to look at all my options. He was sharp and professional and the interaction was brief but decisive. Overall throughout our experience, we were treated as family. We were never pushed, never given any sketchy sales tactics and we were listened to and catered to throughout the entire interaction. I can't recommend this team highly enough. We plan to use them for future transactions, service and anything else they can help us with and we are obviously going to recommend them to everyone!

Mark Plotski and Bruce Dorph went above and beyond in their service of my Cadillac today. I brought it in with a broken temperature gauge and they had the part on site and fixed it immediately and rotated my tires and changed the oil. They were beyond fair and provided five star service. I would recommend Ritchey Cadillac to anyone if youre looking for honesty and integrity and great service.
