All of the jewelry that I purchased broke within 2 weeks of having it and I live no where near a Francescas to return. One even turned started turning colors. I have had jewelry from them in the past, about 2 year prior, which is why I returned to buy more. I can literally say I have had Walmart jewelry that lasted longer.

Love this store! Staff is friendly and helpful. So many fun finds in the store. Clothes. Shoes. Purses. All kinds of fun extras!

Super disappointed! Yesterday was my birthday and I went to get a set of earrings. I thought it was buy one get one free based on the sign in the bin, the cashier somewhat rudely informed me they were not and didnt seem to care that both sets were missing earrings. I told her which one I wanted after learning they werent BOGO and when I got home she had sent me with the ones I didnt want.

This store is always so well organized and has so many cute clothes! Not to mention the whole staff is very friendly. I couldnt find something I saw online, so the manager Allison went and checked every square inch of the store to find what I was looking for. She went above and beyond. Highly recommend this location.
