        9:08 am in a residential Palm Coast neighborhood, Daytona beverages, tractor-trailer was driving 20 over the speed limit and weaving in and out of limited traffic for no reason just to speed. Its 40 miles per hour for a reason. Im only posting this on here, so when they ram into the back of a minivan filled with children because they couldnt stop in time theyll be documentation that they were reckless.
