Rim looks worse than before it was fixed. Requested money back and was told that I didnt qualify for a refund. DO NOT USE THEM. WASTE OF MONEY. I hate that I even contacted them. Paint on rim is a horrible match. I now have to spend more money to get my rim fixed again buy a better professional.

Never showed up to the appointment. Said the driver got lost and they were canceling my appointment 30 minutes after set time

Val went overboard fixing my wheels on my LS430 Lexus. They were in very poor condition before and now they look good. Highly recommend Jefferson Inlet to repair your wheels. They came directly to my home and did the work there. Don't believe the previous review.

I saw Jefferson Inlets ad here about "fixing" rims on your vehicle, so I called them up and a guy came out and gave me a reasonable price on a single curb rash rim. I asked about the machine finish. He replied no problem. So he "fixed" my rim and asked me to come take a look and I stated quite frankly it did not look very good. He replied let it dry then run it through the car wash and everything will be hunky dory. Well needless to say not so much, rim still looked like crapola after 2 more visits to my home where he proceeded to make it look crappier and crappier. He standard response every single time "run it through the car wash". I enclosed a picture of the end result. The rim on the right is what its supposed to look like. You can plainly see the attempt to fix the curb rash and the machined chrome finish he applied with get this (grey paint)! I tried numerous phone calls to no avail so i`m posting this and reporting him to the BBB. After a very long time he replied to my BBB complaint and completely lied about everything. Said I used a acid or something on my rim. LOL!!!! Guy is a lying scumbag. DO NOT LET HIM WORK ON YOUR RIMS.
