        Like 4 yrs ago I had a dent on my car that was smaller than 1/8 of an inch and he gave me a quote for 250 dollars. I looked at him like he had 3 heads...He came up with this elaborated story of all the things he had to do in order to fix that tiny dent. I said: Thanks but no thanks... To be honest he gave me the impression he was a bit arrogant.. I think his business is losing customers...
