My advice to any northerner like myself. Do not expect ANY form of justice here in Florida. There is no oversight, no protection and no accountability for contractors who do malicious and intentional property damage. Its law firms like this that allows for companies C@D Carpet and Tile Inc. to get away will willful and wanton disregard for other people's property. Whatever response is given to this review is moot. That fact is they will NOT help. You've been warned. Rebuttal : Really? I'm not the owner? You know full well I'm not the owner. I contacted you about the damage done to my MOTHER'S HOUSE. Obviously, there is a conflict of interest here and by law you have to tell me if you ever represented the other party. Furthermore, the "contract" is valid. I have pictures proving the damage done by the accused company. But no worries, I be sure to pass the word around about this.
