        The Huggins Law Firm went to bat for us when we had 2 issues with code enforcement at the same time based on a questionable 2nd offense and a $10,000 fine!! Arthur was able to have the city see it his way and the city dropped the case. I truly don't believe the city would have dropped the case if it wasn't for the Huggins Law Firm. If you're going up against the city of Daytona Beach, I highly recommend don't do it on your own and hire the huggins Law Firm. Thank you Arthur and PHILSHA.
