I love living at Palm Cove Apartments,I have been living here since 2021 and this community is the most beautiful and I feel safe here. I have no reservations with recommending living here.Thanks for all you team team!

Seems like once a week theres something going on. I can hear every single step the upstairs neighbors make. Getting charged for pest control and a/c filters but have yet to receive any. Very very hard to contact the property manager, and the walls are very thin. Loud noise from upstairs neighbors at all times of the day and night. Make sure to read your lease, lots of hidden charges.

THIS PLACE DOESNT DESERVE NOT EVEN A 1 STAR !!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND COOPERATE THEY LOVE TO STEAL PEOPLE MONEY MAKE EXCUSES AND MAKE FAKE COMPLAINTS AND STORIES OF THEIR RESIDENTS JUST SO THEY CAN MAKE THEM MOVE AND STEAL THEIR MONEY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT EVEN FOR A HOMELESS DUDE THATS HOW BAD IT IS !!!!!! 0 REVIEWS!

SAVE YOUR PIECE OF MIND AND YOUR MONEY. You get what you pay for with this place. Ive been woken up at 6am for yard work more times than i can count. I was told a significantly different number than what my rent was. My rent was raised while i was livening and they tried to have us sign a new lease 7 months in because they made a mistake on the first one. Then once we didnt sign it, they can use your e-signature to make it look like you did. Dont you love technology. Come to find i have to pay another hundred dollars on top of the 300 for water electric waste and pretty much anything else they can charge. I understand its a business but they take your money and look you in the eye like your grievances dont matter. Ive tried talking and explaining but ive only been spurned as even the people they employ to help have some knowledge but no care about your situation. but theyll do anything to make the sale. even lie. I strongly advise against coming close to this place unless you want a bad experience.
