Nova 1400 Apartments

Dont bother with this place. They dont get back to you about anything even prior to moving in. Ive been trying to reach them for over a week and no response. So I found somewhere else to go. Awful customer service. Waste of time.

I love the community, the location is great, Apartments are gorgeous on the inside and out. It definitely seems like a good community. However, when you are a leasing agent, your JOB is to make your prospects/ guests feel welcomed. I DID NOT feel welcomed on my tour with the leasing agent . There was no information provided to me about the company or management, NOTHING. It's disappointing. I was only showed the model unit. (Lori) stood at the door on her cell phone. I was not shown any amenities that the community as to offer.

Quincy Santiago was great with working on our bathroom issues. He was friendly, and very intelligent. He explained to me what was going on with the issue and he let me know what he did to fix it, he was very detailed and organized. He was very thorough with his work and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I am glad he is at this apartment complex helping out. I hope they give this guy the credit he deserves.
