Dependable Shutter and Glass

They choose to whom they provide services. In 2020, a guy from this company came to our townhouse to fix a shutter and he completely broke it by dropping it from the 2nd floor. Thank God no one was hurt. They fixed it (I paid for a new motor) and gave 1 year of free lubrication. Last August the same shutter stopped working and I called them. A guy came to our place and took a lot of pictures. He said a technician would come to fix it. No one came. I sent messages and the boss was supposed to call me. No one called me. Now in April 2024, I called them and found out that they are downsizing their business and will not repair any unless they installed them themselves. (Ours were installed by someone before we moved in, and Dependable Shutter and Glass installed a new motor on the shutter in 2020). And the owner said they only take single-family home customers now, not townhouses or condos. It took me more than half a year to figure this out.

We used DS&G for a complete window and door package at our condo. Everyone from Robert, our sales rep, to the office staff, and the installation team, was a pleasure to work with. We had a quality issue from the manufacturer, and DS&G assisted with every step along the way, including following up with us after the manufacturer completed their warranty work. We're looking forward to using them again on future projects!
