THE BEST sandwiches under $10. You can't go wrong with the prices, food quality, and friendliness of the staff. I always recommend this place to friends. Vegetarian options: Tofu Bahn Mi is delicious. Ask for no mayo if you're vegan. Tofu Bao are also available. Parking: In a large shopping center with ample parking. The area gets busy at night, so you might have to park a bit further away from the restaurant.

Milk teas and fruit teas are excellent. The portion is great for the price. The corndog is from next door, i think its a great combo.

You got to checkout this little place for Banh Mi, summer rolls and fruit smoothies. The roasted meat banh mi is my favorite. It's worth putting up with line. Parking: Come at the wrong time parking is full. This is a funky little strip mall with lots of Asian cafe's, ristorantes, and Mango's Grocery store.
