Be careful with the employee Kathleen Finck. I don't fill the taxes with all the information I take to pay my taxes and that's why I create a debt in the IRS. I contacted the company so that they could give me a solution, since the policies they offer customers are that if an error of your employee occurs after we pay the debt to the IRS, then they pay it to you and I have been waiting for a long time for a response and they are only ignoring me. Be careful with those who do not comply with your policies. I paid 200 dollars for my taxes to fill me badly. In addition to that, I had to pay 3,041 to the IRS for his mistake.

I've used h&r block many many times with no issues. Of course that was face-to-face. This year I decided to file online through the h&r block website. I received notification that I needed to fill one more form and I'm getting no help from anybody just getting the runaround even though I paid the extra fee for peace of mind in case of an audit or questions from the IRS. Their systems basically don't talk so either you have the AI assistant or you have to pay extra to going to an office for something as simple as one additional form. Very disappointed in them and having to dish out more money to get this reviewed. Trying to find the corporate phone number to file a complaint, but of course that's difficult too. And the phone number just gives you the runaround again.

Paul Scarpinato was great, and he was very efficient, patient and understanding and got everything that I needed done and helped me with an issue that came up willingly so I'm very grateful.
