Sent an email at 7pm. At 11pm at night received a reply. First thing the next morning they sent out exactly what we needed - we just wanted to rent the scale for the weekend. Liked what we saw and asked if we could buy it. Jim and Kim went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
