It was a heavy rainy day in South Florida and my 2years old roof started to leak. I call PBR at 6pm, by 8 pm Chris and Joe was at the house. They locate the leak (it was from chimney) while rain was still heavy and it was already dark outside, and temporary fixed the problem, until next day when they can fix it the right way. Thank you so much for your quick and professional response.

Beware! Please do not use this company!!! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. They replaced my roof a 5 years ago and I already have two leaks in it. Its crazy that you spend so much money on a roof and the quality isnt there! I know another person personally who had the same issue. it Looks like Im not the only one with the same complaint on here either! please If you can use another company, Do it! It is not worth your money! Horrible! horrible! that someone has to stress about a roof they just replaced! I will now probably have to do what others have done and replace the entire room again and its only 5 years old. Worst company ever!!!! I dont know how they even have a 4 star rating!

Aarons knowledge about roof replacement, transparency about cost, required work and potential issues that may occur during the replacement, and patience to address our questions in detail stood out. A year and a half ago I had a new roof installed on my home by Paul Bange roofing. I recently had a tree cut down on my property and the arborist recklessly let a limb fall and it caused damage to my roof. I reached out to Evan, who was my contact person at Paul Bange Roofing when I had the new roof installed, and he very quickly got back to me and came out and inspected the damage and arranged to have my roof repaired in less than a day. I am completely confident that I made the correct decision on having a new roof installed by Paul Bange not only for how great my roof looks but for also the great support I get long after my roof was installed. I am glad I did not go with one of these here today/gone tomorrow roofing companies.
