These people are robbers. I was over charged and they did not care . Not customer friendly and do not care if you don't come back. Do not waste your money or time with these people. One star is too much to rate them.

My loaded reefer trailer needs fan belt. Reefer Cool has 1 in stock, but isnt willing to sell it to me. holding onto it for emergencies. Is what I was told. Im not sure how much more of an emergency there can be.

Michael, I am the owner of Reefer Cool, I would like you to provide me with more information about your review as we have not taken any unscheduled repairs ( unless trailer is loaded ) due to labor shortage and overwhelmed amount of work, I know for a fact, our labor rate is lower than any other dealer around and parts pricing is standard to all dealer from the factory, we invoice our customer base on flat rate published by the OEM we do care about our customer which is why I am responding to your negative review, we have been servicing all major accounts for over 25 years without and if there were any issues or complaint, we solved it. Thank you.

We are a service center not a parts dealer I advised you to call the parts dealer in Miami let me also add there were no mentioned of a loaded trailer otherwise I will let you have the belt this belt also has been on back order from the manufacturer for weeks
