Color Me Mine

Very disappointed. Told would be two weeks until my grandsons pottery would be completed. Its been 3 and no email advising its ready, despite my call at 2 weeks and being told would be done next day. This was a gift.

This place has the worst service. I painted Pottery and they said it would take two months for it to be fired. They said they would call or text when it was done. I called about three months later and they said they threw it away because I never came to get it. However, they never let me know it was ready. I wasted $60 and no resolution with this horrible customer service.

This place told my friend and I that we would have to wait a month or two after painting to get our pieces back because they were extremely behind on firing, and that we would each receive a text/call when it was ready. This was at the beginning of september - neither of us received any notification, and after calling 4 months later they had thrown our pieces away and refuse to offer any sort of refund. It is extremely wrong to charge someone for the business lack of communication, and not even attempt to reach out before throwing pieces in the garbage.

We celebrated our twins bday at Color Me Mine and it was great!!! We had about 12 kids, aged 10-13. We arrived 30mins before the start of the party - as instructed- and it was enough time to set up the place with the things we have brought. The girls who were there were super nice and even helped us arrange the table / food table. There was a good variety of ceramics to pick from and all kids were very happy :). If any had questions or needed something, the girls at Color me Mine would help. We had an amazing time, hassle free and cant wait to see the final result when we pick up the finished pdts. Thanks!!

Ashley and Barbara were wonderful. Very welcoming and patient with my 6,8 and 11 year old. The prices make sense as you are making a life long keepsake. I would recommend this for any age and occasion. As we were finishing up 30 minutes before they closed 2 young ladies walked in and they were greeted and helped with kindness. Most places are ready to leave and will turn you away or turn you off from bad attitudes. Treat those ladies to lunch!
