The best food, service, and atmosphere! Sara and the whole team are amazing!! They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is great! Run and grab a bowl of food, you wont regret it!

I stumbled across this gem ten years too late apparently as they have been around since 2014, unbeknownst to me. The concept is a good one--healthy food that you select both varieties and portions of, in a bowl. They have choices for carnivores as well as vegetarians. I selected the 6 Bowl (2 bases, 2 proteins, 2 vegetables) and enjoyed Roasted Salmon, Almond Baked Chicken, Golden Spice Chickpeas, Basil Mushrooms, Perfect Spice Rice (not too spicy), Crunchy Kale Caesar, and then, after sampling a few of the sauces, selected three: Holy Kale, Creamy White Ginger, and Coconut Sriracha. Note that although the website and menu may say bowls come with only one sauce, that is no longer true and you may have any or all of the five sauces without paying extra! Also, you can get them either drizzled over the bowl or in separate cups. I then chose two optional "add ons" for an additional cost: Kale Pesto Tomatoes and Feta Cheese, well worth it ($2 and 50 cents, respectively). The servers were very patient with all of my questions since it was my first time there, yet still kept the line moving at a good pace so none of us had to wait long. Beverages are mostly sugary so I chose just water for that as I try to avoid sugar. Seating was comfortable, with clean tables, strong air conditioning, and even hand sanitizer at the door (so many public businesses have abandoned that, sadly, but not here). Parking is plentiful and well lighted as this is in a plaza. For smaller appetites, there is also a 4 Bowl (2 bases, 1 protein, 1 vegetable) and even a Kids Bowl (1 base, 1 protein, 1 vegetable). There are also tables outdoors if you prefer to dine al fresco. I will be back again soon now that I have found this and just wish I had discovered it ten years ago!

One of my absolute favorite restaurants, the food is always fresh, flavor is always on point. The bbq chicken and steak are a must try here. Santiago, Justin and Ryan are always super helpful and give great customer service. I highly recommend coming here, especially if you want a quick healthy meal.
