Service was good,. Work seems good. Initial quote clearly included more than was really needed, but the technician was thoughtful and talked us through each item, allowing us to change to what mattered most. All in all, a positive experience. We just left another shop that changed management and became quite poor at customer service. Based on this visit, we plan to continue to use this Firestone shop. Thank you!

The seller was angry that I only bought the tires and did not want another service. so much so that he ignored my wife with 39 weeks of pregnancy and part of the rage broke the receipt. and he didn't even tell us how many had approved us in the membership that we actually took it. He is the most Lord of all and is located in Davie at 2901 S university Dr Davie, Fl 33328

My Jeep had an array of issues. Ive been so anxious with the problems found. However, Chino explained the problems so thoroughly that it made the entire process so much easier for me. He was also incredibly patient! This has been the best experience Ive ever had at a mechanic shop.
I also give kudos to the mechanic! Im not sure who worked on my car but I was given an estimate of two days that my car would have to be at the shop, the mechanic fixed it in one day! Very very happy!
