I have called four times last week asking to add my son to my auto insurance policy. Ive been told that somebody would call me back. Nobody has called me back. I guess I have to beg for them to serve me. The service stinks to say the least. Its very obvious to me nobody in this company wants my business and they take it for granted. My business is not valued to them.

You cannot get a call returned. When I was lucky enough to get someone on the phone I was given false and incorrect information. I was also told a document would be emailed to me within five minutes. A day later I have no email and cannot get my call returned. I then called the carrier directly and found out what I was told was false.

Iwhom it may concern , where can we complain , who can help home owner , tires of trying to get in contact my flood insurance was ecpired on the 22 of this month and they agent renew I needed evidence of flooding insurance for condo association policy. The declaration page was not available for purchase on EOI Direct. The certificate also did not have all of the information my lender needed. When calling to get what was missing, everyone I spoke to was not helpful I have been trying to get all of the insurance information for almost 4 weeks now which is delaying my refi. I need last year and current
