I called to make an appointment for my daughter and I as new clients. Everyone was very nice and they scheduled us both for appointments for 2 days later in the evening. When I called as an existing client to confirm the appointments on the day of, they were no longer nice and polite. They told me that only I was scheduled for that day and my daughter was scheduled for the following week. This is not what they told me when i originally scheduled the appointments. I never agreed to the appointment for my daughter for the following week. There was no apology, only a "Take it or leave it attitude" I left it. I feel like I dodged a bullet on this one. The Dentist may be amazing but the office staff definitely seems to have a few issues. Caveat Emptor.
