Avoid this location for custom framing needs. I picked exactly what I wanted to frame a birth project a few days before the birth. The day after the birth I went in to drop off the project and my selections had not been entered correctly into their system so I went thru picking exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it framed a 2nd time with the Asst Manager. At pickup, it was not framed as I stated I wanted it, twice. The Asst Manager's response to me " I don't know what to tell you". Then he came up with it is a new employee and apparently they don't have a grasp on framing, yet. Then they shouldn't be working solo on custom framing until they do grasp how to do it. Horrendous customer relations.
