        Lived here for 3 years and there are multiple car break ins, weve had 4 HOA companies, all gym equipment has been broken since weve moved in with the exception of 1 elliptical, and theres no exterior building maintenance. Theres constantly people coming to raid the trash bins. Everyone fights for parking. Last month someone stole my license plate. Rent has increased rapidly because independent owners are putting in new cabinets and trying to rent out units for over 2300 as luxury condos. Its at most worth 1900 in my opinion, dont let them drive up the market.
