I bought the Star Brite aluminum restorer to clean the oxidation off an old canoe. The product was OK, but the only reason I chose this one was they had a $5 rebate. However, having just filled out the rebate, I hate this company. They've gone out of their way to make the process overly complex and not user-friendly. Unlike any other rebate I've ever done, you need to fill out an online survey and wait for a rebate code in your email. They need all sorts of personal information, then the barcode from the product and the original receipt. The barcode on the jug isn't really removable. It's part of a larger paper sticker and just falls apart why you try to get it. The whole thing is a scam and this is a sleazy company for operating this way. Plenty of alternatives on the market and I highly recommend you find someone more respectable to do business with.

We waterproofed the awning and it ate the threads. Don't use Star Brite waterproofing they the company said we stand by our testing. I'll just stand in the Sun by my RV. Buyer beware

I use all their products, nvr an issue. The fuel treatment is legit, just look up starbrite vs sta-bil. The courts and independant testing proved which was the real deal!
