Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Employee behind the desk is rude and confrontational told me to click a certain button on the screen I told her the screen was blank her responses you're not listening in a nasty tone I told her don't ever speak to me like that again she raised her tone to a more aggressive more disrespectful manner I made a complaint directly to the manager who did not seem like she cared at all I hope that somebody above the manager can look into this.I've been a customer with your bank for 8 years do not expect to be talked down to buy a cashier the manager acknowledged also that it was inappropriate for the cashier to say that.

BOA has horrible customer service!! I found someone's wallet that had his social security card, his bank of America card, his US passport, some cash,and his FEMA work card. None of the documents had a phone or address listed, So I went to bank of america so they could contact their customer and let them know that I had his documents. The bank refused to call him. They said they did not have the authority, or permission,to call him. I requested to speak to the manager. The lady said that she was the manager even though she had nothing on her identifying her as the manager. I tried to appeal to her that if it were her documents that had been lost, she would like for her bank to have been able to help her, But she just kept saying that she understood, but there was nothing she could do. I bank with Bank of America as well and am seriously considering closing out my accounts and finding another bank. I would have liked to think that if somebody found my important documents, that my bank would be the first ones to have my back. They call you all the time to offer me services and cc, but they can't call you to help out when it really matters

Worst service and Bank of America I have ever been to. I am a clear English speaking business account customer and the representative, Santiago who should not be representing Bank of America is not only rude but actually was annoyed and making fun of me to the other employees about not being able to resolve my fraud alert issues on a Saturday. He rudely said, sorry you have to wait until Monday and wasnt joking. I will never return to this branch.
