    The longer we are here the worse it gets. Been here since August and the gate has not worked one time. The ROACHES are out of control. Your neighbors will Air BNB their place out and you will be asked to take pictures of guests as proof. And to top it off your vehicle will randomly be towed every once in awhile. RECOMMEND LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE

    Property with a lot of potential ruined by negligent property manager. The location is great, the apartment is nice, but the unprofessional behavior continuing to be displayed by the property manager Josette have made us sincerely regret living here. This review is coming after several months of frustration and after we feel we have been very understanding and cooperative but keep getting blown off by the leasing office. There are many issues but I will only list the big ones: 1. We suspected there was mold in our apartment because of a musty smell and sickness we have been having since moving in. We told the leasing office multiple times but finally we paid for a Florida licensed mold assessor to do an air quality test. The report found different types of mold including black mold. Instead of responding appropriately, it has now been a month and a half and they still haven't even addressed the findings of the report directly after we asked several times. 2. Our shower floor has had to be re-done 3 times because of peeling. 1 time right before we moved in and twice since. We can't shower there the night of repair and need to vacate the apartment during the day and find accommodations for our dog because of the chemicals. Each time it was redone, we told them it was done badly but they tried to blame it on us by lying that we have our AC in "on" mode with windows open. 3. The last time they redid the shower floor, we got back home and saw the contractor left the glass shower doors leaning against the wall. This is dangerous as it can fall and shatter. Nobody checked the work after it was done to catch this issue. In fact, the property manager already left for home and had to come back when we told her. She then tried to move the glass doors by herself and of course 1 of them shattered and sprayed glass shards in all directions of our 1 bedroom apartment. They let us know it happened and said they cleaned it up and that it was safe to come back that night but we had a hard time believing they cleaned it appropriately so we slept at family's and when we came back the next morning there were still small and large glass shards throughout our apartment. Instead of them taking due diligence at several steps of the process, we didn't sleep in the apartment we pay for that night and had to miss work the next morning to make sure they clean it properly several times after they told us it was safe to come back. 4. It is hard to reach the front office and we have several emails and requests that go ignored. We waited 6 months to receive the screen door for the patio after asking many times (only getting it magically after the shower glass door incident), 5 months for the gate to be fixed that was told would be fixed by the time we move in, and are still waiting for new glass shower door to arrive and for the office to properly address the issues we brought forth to their attention several times.
