Our AC was out on one of the hottest days of the year, and we didnt realize it until 5:30 when we got home from work. Matt and a colleague (cant remember the name) came out immediately and without question, and were able to very quickly identify and solve our issue. They couldnt have been nicer or more efficient, and we couldnt be happier to have a cool house tonight! Would recommend them to absolutely anyone!

Peter was tremendous. Our plumber had declared our water heater dead. Peter came out with his friendly assistant Matt to haul it away and hook up a new system and he fixed the unit instead, in much less time and at much less cost! This is the kind of trusted service you look for in the skilled trades: attending to and solving the problem, not looking for sales. We were very pleased with his work. Highly recommend them.

I contacted and someone got back to me right away and had an appointment scheduled. The technician showed at the start of the window provided and was super pleasant - answered my questions and was very professional. Fixed the A/C issue - would use them again! Highly recommend !!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They respond quickly and take the time to educate while they problem solve. I called several places recently, on a Saturday around noon. None responded except Prompt Heating And Cooling. Pricing was fair, and they took the time to do some preventative work and teach us how to keep our AC/heat pump running better, longer.
