I was charged 268.00 for coming out to Winter Haven to give me an estimate on installing a new canopy on my awning and sealing my RV roof and cleaning it, but I never heard from them again after I paid them the 268.00 for the estimate. I Don't use them because they take advantage of the elderly people. I had another company come out and I was only charged 75.00 and we are hiring them instead.We had no idea that a estimate which we never got would cost us 268.00 and we really could have used that money for groceries.

Stay away from this place they are BIG CROOKS!!!! Called them to Replace fabric on bedroom slide and they charged me 199.00 dollars for service call and 62.00 dianog they still never came back to install fabric and has never called me back. That was in Nov. 17 the of 2019 follow up on Jan. 9 the . They called me and said the mov their Rv Repair Missouri and said the would send my check back to us for $ 199.00 dollars . Because it wasn't our fault they move their operation to miss orri. Still to this date have not received a check. S o run from these people.

Dec 2015: Not only do these guys build first rate conversion RV's, they also are a first rate mobile repair service! Jay and Travis are top notch professionals who take pride in their work. They are upfront in what they can do, what they will do, and in what they are doing behind the scenes in getting ready to come out to provide their service! So refreshing to find a reputable company that stands behind their words and does exactly what they say... and a little more. Very professional and respectful. I will actually hold repairs until I am back in the Kansas City area just to give these guys my business and my monies! Aug 2016: Here I am again! Like my previous review says, I held my repairs until I was again in the KC area! What a punch list we had this time! I let Jay know 2 weeks before we got here that we were coming, and sent him an email with the list and pictures of all model numbers! Travis came to verify the work to be done, 2 days after getting here, and today the whole team came back with the parts ready to have at it! First up was a new cooling unit for our Norcold refrigerator; that includes removing the fridge and placing face down. They took great care in placing cardboard under to not damage floor or doors. Then as Travis began dismantling the cooling unit, Matt and Steven went after other jobs. LP Detector change, new control board on control panel, new card on rear slide, new handle on washer/dryer door, new switch for door lock, and other things as they would notice them. From door knock to drive off was maybe 4 hours... the work was performed very well, by very competent and highly trained/certified guys! Jay even came out to ensure parts were correct and that I was satisfied! All I can say is this.... they will always get my business, and as full timers, we will come to KC from anywhere to ensure these guys and this great company get my money! March 2020: Just by luck, I contacted Athena RV and Travis was in Florida and 30 minutes up the road! He came down to me and diagnosed my electrical problem quick enough to go out on Sunday to make it to the store in time to get the part. Then took his time to wire it up correctly! What an awesome experience once again! Thank you to Athena RV, I am so glad you are in Florida!!!
