My hygienists are wonderful, Susana taught me to lose my fear of the dentist and works great. The doctors are fabulous as a person and how they work, my problem is the staff they receive, they make fun of the elderly, they are sarcastic and the collection department anticipated to collect my husband's work without even completing it and overdrawn the plan and has You pay out of pocket with funds in the plan. 4 months ago they started their work in December and they haven't finished yet. I have only good things to say about this practice. Its almost a pleasure going to this dentist. Facility is spotless. Hygienist is gentle and very profesional. Jennifer, Front Office Manager is on the ball; polite, knowledgeable, funny and a master of multi-tasking.
