I have been requesting my full dental records for over 1 week and and the office has refused to respond. After temp crowns breaking within hours of installation and the office manager advising clinical information stating its is normal for them to break so soon, i needed to find a new office. I have new a new dental office now where the customer service is superb, but they need my dental records. Such petty behavior from the administrative staff. I will.be having to stop by the office to follow up as to why they are working to delay my future sldental care. Beware.
