Dr. Zaheed Tai, D.O. - Comprehensive Cardiovascular Specialists

Dr Tia has been my cardiologist for last 11 years..I'm a full-time single father with Stage 3 CHF..Dr Tai has watched my son grow up over the years and my son is as grateful for him as I am. He,his staff and NP Julie are the reason I'm living the wonderful life I am!! He more than just a wonderful cardiologist!!

My husband waited 5 months for his procedure. When the day finally came we waited 1 and 1/2 hrs in the office with no one letting us know the reason for a delay. My husband asked for an estimate of time but no one even came out to let him know. This was a very important test that was treated without any urgency whatsoever. We finally left having no faith it was even going to take place. There have been other unnecessary delays and he will now need to find a new cardiologist. Dr Tai is good doctor as is his PA. His office staff obviously are inefficient and ineffective. The staff is an important factor in our healthcare. People's lives are at risk with this office. I would not recommend.

Both my daughter and I see Dr Tai she was mentally challenged she loved him he was so good with her He never passed her off to someone else.She has since passed away because of someone carelessness I wish she had still been under his care.

My mom had an appointment after an ECO to get the results. To start with, Dr. Saha came to the office without even reviewing her test. Open and read the results in front of her. After us knowing the results we asked what we could do while waiting for the Cath that he ordered, our questions were dismissed because my mom is 82 yrs (literally his answer to my questions was I mean she is 82).He told us we had to wait for the appointment and gave my mom a 3 month follow up with her heart working only 20%.We had to take her to the ER the next day with chest pain, and she had open heart surgery. While this Dr. didnt see an urgency of treating my mom because she was old she needed more than a Cath. I received a call today (2 weeks later) to schedule her procedure and thanks God she is recovering. If it would have been for this Dr. my mom would had get weaker and weaker waiting for a procedure that was urgent for her.

I called the day prior to my appointment which was made six months ago (a follow up) to let them know I would need to leave by 11:15 (my appointment was for 10:30) I asked when I arrived at office if he was on schedule and was assured he was- so I took a seat and waited. At 10:52 My name was called - I reiterated I would need to leave by 11:15. Was told I would need to be weighed and get an EKG and was not assured that Dr Tai would be able to see me before it was necessary for me to leave. Needless to say I rescheduled my appointment asking for the very first appointment of his day. Now I wait for another month for my follow up. There is a definite problem in Dr Tais office whether it is lack of enough staff or what, I really dont know but I feel my time is valuable and important and if I have an appointment in the office that appointment should be honored.
