THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! fair warning, I don’t believe any of the positive reviews I have seen about this company. They have been never answered any of my questions or calls. My system only worked for three months. I’m still paying full price for FPL. If I were to do this all over again I would never have solar panels. That’s how bad this company has treated us.

We live in Cape Coral and went solar with RB Green Energy. Maurice King was our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we had many questions. They installed our system in only 2 months. The customer service was excellent throughout the process as they updated us often. Their install team was very good and always arrived on time. Our neighbor was so impressed with the company and also went solar with them! If you are considering solar, I definitely recommend this company !!

Where do I begin, we have had our panels installed for about 1 year and a half, our sales rep was amazing! Maurice. Since the day of the installation we had major issues with the crew. Once panels were installed I was told we will not be able to see the solar edge website until we get proper training for it... which is absurd! So I have never been able to see my system. We noticed increment in our electrical bill in the past couple of months but thought it was normal because office is monitoring panels and if something was wrong they will fix it... NOT... two months ago we started paying FLP as if we did not have panels, full price. I started calling and reporting the problem, that is when all begin again! It has been more than a month a crew came and told me panels were not producing energy, and that they will need to change the box located outside the house, and they needed to get a replacement, it took about a month to get the part and then to get the service because “they were busy and did not have time for our house” I asked to talk to a supervisor, manager or ANYBODY who can help and solve the problem, but NOTHING. Finally one person came yesterday, very nice and knowledgeable. But they still need to come and map the panels and finish with more stuff, Nobody has called to follow up on yesterday's visit, I am sure their excuse again will be very busy with other clients so no date or anything or call from the office as to when im supposed to get the service or when they will come, in the meantime im still paying my electrical bill. i showed him (the guy who came yesterday) I was never able to see production on the solar edge website no information comes out on my account, he couldn’t see it on his portal either, nothing since the beginning (2 years ago) back in the days i was told that if i don't get the training i would not get activated to see anything, which is completely absurd, as everything that has been happening with us, he tried to help but nothing showed on his end either, he said it might be because the box was changed and it may take couple of hours to update, but not even the past production.... VERY DISAPPOINTED... i just want to hopefully get this done this week. Also, as I imagined the "manager" never called me, not sure if he ever got the message if he did we are not important to follow up with, so at this point im soo disappointed at your company beyond words. At this point I just want this to be fixed or panels removed.... I cant work with a company that is not reliable. Just shop around, fell bad for the sales rep doing a great job and then not having a good team to back them up at the office.

Scott Somers would not sell me a Solar contract because we do not have enough income to qualify for the tax write-offs and it would not be to our benefit. That is Integrity with a capital "I". Scott is all about blessing and serving others. Scott is one of the most knowledgeable people I have met not just on solar, but electric and housing issues. I know it is not politically correct, but Scott is "Christly". He is giving us some good information for the future & I highly recommend him & RB Green Energy. Our 3 dogs loved him also! Scott had a physical challenge with a retina detachment 5 years ago which says is the best thing that ever happened to him giving him a total personality & priorities change. His solar presentation is awesome & I learned many things like panels work better facing south. Panels are on tracks and do not cause holes in roof. If I win the lottery or come into some extra money I will definitely use Scott's team which now has an office in Bonita Springs to service SW Florida as well as the original upscale office in Dania Beach on East coast of Florida.

I decided to go solar this year and I looked into a few companies. A friend of mine suggested RB Green Energy, so I set up an appointment. From my initial meeting with one of the representatives, Maurice King, I knew right away that I would be going with RB. Mr. King was very informative and answered any question that I had. We went step by step to see which set up would work best for me and my family. The process was very easy and I felt comfortable once I made my decision. From there, the people in the office were very polite and friendly and they guided me through the entire process. Once all of the permits were approved, which they took care of, the work began with no hiccups. The crew came on time everyday and once they were finished, they left it as the came. I never went outside and saw any garbage. In the end, my panels are up and running. Mr. King came back to the house and showed me how everything works. He also showed me how to fill out the tax form for the credit this year. In all it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend RB Green Energy to anyone.
