Pronto New York Style Pizza

Pizza was really good and reasonably priced. I would definitely go back. Only a small area to eat in. I recommend getting it to go. Service was good.

My grandparents had been driving by this pace for a while now and they wanted something different than they usually do so when got Pronto Pizza for dinner. The pizza upon delivery was pretty soggy and with it being skinny large pieces it was harder to eat as the slices just flopped around. The pizza was very salty - not what Im used to. I have tried NY pizza before and I wouldnt say this was NY style pizza except for the size of the slices and thinness. The garlic knots were lacking in my opinion the soaking butter garlic Parmesan flavour. It was really dry tied up knots. The pizza packets were new to me - as a Canadian Ive never seen those before. Overall id give this a 3 but to be nice will put a 4 star review and let you decide on your own.

The staff is always friendly and attentive, specially Isaac, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. The variety of dishes on the menu is impressive and each one is expertly prepared with fresh ingredients. We always leave feeling satisfied and looking forward to our next visit.

I ordered a large pizza and salad online. The time said 50 min to pick up. I arrived about 55 minutes later and proceeded to sit for another hour and wait for my pick up order to be ready. I'll chalk it up to them being understaffed, one server and one person in the kitchen. Regardless, almost 2 hours for a pick up order isn't acceptable.

Simply incredible! The service from the waiter Isaak was fabulous, very friendly, smiling, attentive! On the other hand, the calzonne was great, the sauce that accompanies it is incredible. The decoration is crazy, it makes you lose yourself in the place, the bathroom is very original! This place is the best pizzeria I have ever visited. Thank you Isaak for such good service and to the kitchen staff for making me have the best time before returning to my country!
