Dickey's Barbecue Pit

A upon walking in no welcome and nobody was in there and as Im looking at the menu the 2 ladies just looked at me and kept doing whatever they doing but I didnt pay that to much attention. Now I got a two meat meal with baked beans and macaroni and cheese. Now the brisket was very tough and hard to pull apart with my teeth and the ribs came with no sauce. Yes they were dry and tough not a good look and before I could think if I wanted to tip the lady was saying no tip as if I wasnt going to. Reading the reviews here to make sure Im not crazy. That texas toast really is just a slice of white untoasted bread. Thats crazy! Why is it toasted in other peoples pictures? Is the staff that lazy that they cant bother to toast your bread? As for the rest of my meal, I ordered in-person to unwelcoming girls, and ate my brisket and sausage as soon as I got in the car. The food wasnt even warm. It was room temperature. I was flabbergasted. I love barbecue, but this just aint it. Go somewhere else and avoid this chain.

Took my Internet order and when I arrived the door was locked and tapping on the door only got me a motion from behind the counter that they were closed. They charged my card and I have nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. On another visit I had the ice tea and it had the taste of mold in it. That happens when they save the left over tea from day to day and just add some fresh tea to the exiting left over tea. Truly disappointed and I will not be returning to that location. Closing EARLY is and not coming to the door to communicate is unacceptable.

I ordered from their ghost kitchen trailer birds hot kitchen from DoorDash and got the worst food I have ever received. I ordered a fruit punch and got a watered down Powerade. Powerade wasnt even a drink option on Doordash. I open up my Texas toast and its literally a cold piece of white bread with no butter, no nothing on it. I go to eat my tater tots that are burnt and the first couple of them have no seasoning and then the next one I had was covered in seasoning.I open my chicken tender sandwich and the chicken tenders are from a box from the frozen aisle at your grocery store. Theyre disgusting. I try to dip it in my barbecue sauce which is only a quarter full I dont do reviews but Ive never had this Bad of an experience. I Called Dickies barbecue to let them know what kind of food theyre sending out but the phone doesnt even even ring. This place is a joke. You can see in the photo the last drop of fruit punch left in my cup from pouring it out.
