        It's named identically to a Comfort Suites Airport less than 2 miles away, confusing many people and costing $15 extra in Uber and wasted time. Shame on the owner.

        We chose this location as it is close to the airport and port for a cruise. Front desk staff was terribly rude. We signed up to take the shuttle from the airport. We called when we arrived and waited in the assigned area as instructed. We waited over 1.5 hours in the hot sun for them to come then finally paid for an Uber. They were supposed to call if they couldnt find us and we never received a call. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk blew us off saying they couldnt do anything. The rooms were okay. Clean at the least. The shower showed a great deal of rust and the hallways were musty. Not a great way to start a vacation. Be careful if you choose to book with them. Noteworthy details: They did provide a list of restaurants and places within walking distance which was nice as we didnt know the area.

      Thanks for your feedback. We at 302 North Hwy, less than 2 miles to FLL airport. Must of our guests use Ube or Lyft.
