        I just want to say, I would be giving this team a 10 start if I could. I witnessed the manager, Dianna get verbally abused by this upset lady who worked for FEDEX and she handle herself with so much class and professionalism . We really appreciate the team trying to keep our place to live safe!

        Absolutely garbage building. Management is horrible, the disrespect you get from them is unacceptable, stay away and save your money. Breaching the rental contract for them is a normal thing. They are so NOT bright that they thought a UPS wrote this comment, lol what a joke

        Probably most positive reviews are the fake ones. 1. We have issues from the noise created by the developer. Complaints to the office had zero impact. We were simply ignored. 2. Water quality is Horrible its yellow color. Cant stress enough to bath our baby in such water. No response from the office. See the picture. 3. Parking. When we moved. We were promised 2 nd parking space for $75 extra. After lease were signed. Management switched the story stating - No extra space available. But there plenty of space which they sell by an hour. Totally diseptive renting building. Avoid this place! We will be filing the complaint with an attorney General.

        I booked the apartment for rent, and paid $475. Then the manager said your check was not processed and it was gone. I do not recommend this complex. Scam

      Hello UPS carrier,As mentioned to you several times, our resident's safety is important to us. We cannot provide you with elevator access as it is prohibited and a liability. No vendor or contractor has access to any floors. I understand that this causes a delay in your deliveries, however this matter should be discuss with your supervisor. I will also be speaking to your supervisor, as my staff does not appreciate how disrespectful you are to them. Have a great day!

      Hello Stas, I am sorry and surprised that you feel this way. As mentioned to you, we have an application process and policies in place that we most follow as we are regulated by the Fair Housing Law. Since you failed to provide the proper documentation and after several attempts (weeks), we released the unit. Since the units was off the market - reserved for you for over 3 weeks, you did not qualified for a refund. Please contact our office if you have any further questions.Kind regards,Management.
