Extremely rude and unprofessional people work there. Kind of "we know it all better" without even listening to the request. Will never go there nor will recommend this place to anybody. Lady behind the counter (not sure if she is the owner) is extremely arrogant.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! You have been warned! This store and all it employees are rude. Went in to ship an item. Wouldnt tell me the price of what it would cost to ship and they don't do flat rate shipping. Ripped up the envelope he put it in and literally threw my item back at me. Real post office a little ways from there. Not recommended even to my dog. I honestly and truthfully can say I wish these ppl weren't in my neighborhood, they are just dragging us all down.

Have been there many times over the last 15 years. These people are extremely professional and courteous.
Robert who is the Manager knows this business backwards and forwards. While just there the other day, watched them crate up a very large Grand Father's Clock which was over 100 years old and valued at over $10,000.00. The went all the way to Boynton Beach to pick it up, over 55 miles one way. The do a lot of business with the local Antique shops locally here who bring in their antiques to be shipped out to customer's all over the world. Two bins alone while I was there were going to China. They also ship out a lot for decorators associates with the very large Dakota Design Center here in Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale area. Does this sound like a rip off business that is described by Ms. Johnson below. There are two sides to every story, and suggest you go there and they will inform you of that problem. By the way her coffee table is still there in the corner taking up a lot of floor space, and it's ugly as sin. Wouldn't have it in my home.

We purchased a table in FL for what we thought would go in our condo, but it was too large for the room. We decided to ship it to MI to put at another one of our residences, An employee of ours dropped it off at Super Postal Center to have it shipped to MI. The owner contacted me asking for written permission to ship the table, the destination address, a copy of my husband's driver's license & a scanned copy of our credit card. He REFUSED to give me a written quote for how much it was going to cost. I also politely told him I was not comfortable with providing him with a scanned copy of my credit card via the internet but that I would glady provide it verbally over the phone. I kept asking him for a quote for what it would cost to ship the table & he kept refusing. Then he told me if I didn't have the table removed from his warehouse by a certain date he would 'donate it to charity'. I have been in logistics for over a decade, both domestic and international and I have NEVER run across a LEGITIMATE business that refuses to give a customer a quote ahead of time for their services. This man STOLE my personal property! DO NOT EVER USE HIM FOR YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS.................if I could take him to court I would! He probably has my coffee table in his house.

I went there to be fingerprinted in order to work for Broward County. At first he asked if I came there from a Catholic organization since volunteers are sent ti be fingerprinted there and elderly people come in for that. I told him that I came as a Speech Pathologist to be fingerprinted for the county. He attempted to get my fingerprints and then said he could not get my prints. Then in the middle of the store he again referred to me as elderly and said the elderly people have this problem. He said this to my face several times. How inappropriate. I told him I did have this problem before and for him to give me a paper stating this. He told me he could not spend more than 4 minutes doing this and I should go. I had to pay $80 in advance prior to coming there for this service. He told me it was my problem and not his and went on telling the other customers how he cannot get prints from elderly people. Can you imagine how I felt? I called the company that contracts this service with the store and was told that there is a procedure to follow if you cannot obtain prints. When he was called by this company to ask about this, he simply said he did not know. They also have a post office and jewelry store. Do not go in there especially if you are a senior or you will be given the same rude treatment. I told the other gentleman that I would never enter that store again. In these bad economic times, one would think that customer service and treatment would be of utmost importance in order to make a store successful. These people just don't get it. My adivice is that you should go somewhere else to mail stuff or buy jewelry. Maybe they will rethink their behavior and attitude.
