There is a woman name andrea. She wants her store to be seen a this beautiful workplace where the possibilities are beautiful. Creating a fantasy for her employees to follow. One by one I've watching my co workers who use to be here with us leave, due to being tired of being in the same environment as her. Actually it's hard to have a conversation with her, primarily because noone can say NO to her.
As for scheduling the hours and days are quite sad. Sometimes you can be scheduled to work 7days straight and the next 6 days no work. If you have an emergency or is sick like a dog. You must show up to work or fear being guilt tripped or scheduled on another day off without any notice. This woman is very sneaky, disrespectful, and spends so much time creating a fantasy
Andrea disregard, constructs elaborate illusions at the expense of human connection. Within the walls of Ulta in store 1372, where beauty should inspire, it breeds anxiety and despair. Each shift becomes a burdensome chore
Everyone has feelings or things happening in life, and going to work especially at ulta should be enjoyable not an added stress or worry to the people working there. The job itself can be hard enough.
These are but fragments of the somber truths concealed within Store 1372.
To Corporate, is this the management you hire??? I think it's time that truth comes out of hiding. And for to know who is working for your company. Behind her smile is someone nasty and heartless. Wake up corporate please help.
I use to think, that working at ulta would be exciting. But i think it's terrible. I watched how my previous manager sonia, was set on the floor to work as if she was a robot.
Honestly she was the only one on the floor while the rest played around in the back. Even being someone who worked in the back and primary on the floor i saw it all.
How can one manager be in charge of so many tasks when there is a total of 4 ? This I would never understand.
Why did so many of my co workers leave there has been at least 6-7 within less then 4 months. Kinda of sad if you ask me. Why are your employees talking about how poor the head management is?
The fantasy is in action but behind this fantasy created by ANDREA is the unfortold truth.
There is more to come, this is just a taste of the foolishness happening underneath your eyes.
