Spent $80.00 on a Leatherman tool two years ago. Blade broke off and when I went to return it they said it was two years old and I would have to send it to Oregon to the Leatherman factory to have the blade replaced.$20.00 to ship it back! All they had to do was give me a new one and send it to Leatherman for a credit on damaged tool.
