UPDATE: Roger Runion was ARRESTED for GRAND THEFT in March of 2023. I would not recommend anything Roger Runion touches or is involved in after our experience with his company. Mr. Runion ultimately terminated our contract when he refused to meet me at the build site to hand over signed and sealed plans, citing a section in his contract which did not fully apply given my attempts to remedy. He told my wife and I he was bidding out the remedy for an "unbuildable lot" condition but was actually working with an attorney to terminate the contract and leave little legal recourse or financial recovery for my family. This allowed him to not have to face the damage he had done over the 15 months of inactivity and delays. Mr. Runion's seeming lack of accountability and overt lack of transparency made for one of the worst experiences of my life and I do not say that lightly. Service: Home building
