I spoke with the owner himself about an issue that he created on my property because they rent there was a metal rod that holds the cement parking block so that way you know where to park your car and they removed it over a year ago so they can get some tree cutting machine access to the property only for them to still not fix it after a whole year of me complaining and asking them to just pick the date changed on my property completely disrespectful and unprofessional even now when I seen him again still working on the property and ask them to fix it his response was I spoke with the owner himself about an issue that he created on my property because they rent there was a metal rod that holds the cement parking block so that way you know where to park your car and they removed it over a year ago so they can get some tree cutting machine access to the property only for them to still not fix it after a whole year of me complaining and asking them to just pick a date change on my property completely disrespectful and unprofessional even now when I seen him again still working on the property and ask them to fix it is response was dont worry about it and I had to reiterate you dont live here you dont know what issues I have if you change something on my property while providing a service its up to you to put it back the way it was very disappointing would not recommend these people to anyone regardless of how good their work is Professionalism goes along way in any business Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
