Pleasant Point Vacation Rental

What a beautiful place! We stayed for 4th of July weekend and had a blast. The house was immaculate, and everything you could possibly need was at hand, from kayaks and cornhole all the way down to bedside phone chargers. It's on the perfect spot as well. Just yards from the water with a shared dock out front, and a boat ramp around the corner. It was perfect for the start of scallop season. We will be coming back next year!

I dont know where to begin with compliments about Pleasant Point in Crystal River, FL! Its the most amazing VRBO/AirBNB we have every stayed in. It has all the comforts of home. The owners have made it so welcoming and the decor is so relaxing. Whether you are sitting on one of the beautiful porches or dock, every viewpoint of the river is better than the next. The Adirondack chairs around the fire pit, the breakfast nook, the comfy beds! I just cant say enough wonderful things about this property! If you are looking for an amazing vacation rental on Crystal River...Pleasant Point is your spot.

I can't say enough about this property! The accommodations are first class. Everything you could possibly need is right at your fingertips. No detail overlooked.Phone chargers at bedside. Extra linens ( a huge pet peeve of mine when we stay in a VBRO/Airbnb ) Kitchen is completely stocked with essentials. There is even an industrial ice machine downstairs ! Great for the boat as well as entertaining. It was perfect.Immaculately maintained. House is decorated with beautiful comfortable furnishings and views are incredible. Coffee on the front porch overlooking the beautiful river was spectacular.The screened in porch off the kitchen was perfect for large family meals. Downstairs there is a great space for hanging out and grilling.The private suite downstairs is great for guests who can't walk upstairs. The swing is my favorite spot! The fire pit and beautiful chairs were amazing !The kids had a blast making smores.The owners are so helpful and gave us suggestions for places to visit and eat. One of the best vacations we have EVER had ! WE are already booked for next year. Wonderful family memories made here at this very special place. Highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. Book early. They are a hidden gem in Crystal River and book up fast!

GORGEOUS home! What an awesome back patio. The owner did a great job decorating this house. Top of the line furniture. They had extra towels, linings, cookware, etc. The bottom space was great for our family for doing smores at night with the kids while the adults enjoyed the game of corn hole, which is provided to us (also paddle boards and canoes). Great family get together. I did not want to leave the house!! Thank you Sarah for the amazing place for us to make great memories/fun times with our friends and family. Were definitely will be renting from you again!
