Quick Care Med of Crystal River

I wouldn’t recommend. We went in, they said the next appointment was 12:15, and when we signed in and “reserved” a time it said 2:00. We were still at the building at 12:15, and never received a call or were called in to see anyone. Arrived again at 2, and was told they would not see us for another half hour as the entire building had to take a lunch at the same time. And when the issue was brought up, we were told that “it shouldn’t be that big of an issue since we’ll probably just refer you to the ER anyway.” Poor customer service, and definitely not people who should be working anywhere near a medical sort of profession.

You need to get a grip on your staff. It's no secret that people in extreme pain have a tendency to be short fused. Put forth the effort to practice empathy and compassion instead of trying to be aggressive with a retaliatory response . Understanding goes a long way. I though this place had medical staff, not high-school kids who can't control their emotions. Get your act together or find a new line of work because this certainly does not suit you.

Advertised that they take lunch between 1:30 and 2:00 both on their website and their front door. Got there at 2:00 and was told they won’t be back till 2:30. Tough luck.
