I cannot even tell you how diheartened I am with this Organization /I am a disabled individual and had paid them over 2,000.00 for services not performed. I called the Owner to be reimbursed and he stated he had to look into it well it has been over a year he was looking into it and still has not reimbursed me my money as far as I am concern this organization stole money from me a disabled induvial I would proceed with caution

We had the displeasure of working with Shawn, for the better part of the year. The amount of times she told my partner that she was not smart enough to understand accounting, unbelievable. I have never in my life been treated so disrespectfully and seen level level of incompetence that we did with bottom line. They handled our bookkeeping backdating our taxes and payroll. In the eight months plus that we worked with them not a single document was turned over to us as completed in terms of bookkeeping. They were mistakes every single payroll, and a little mistakes. For example after one of our managers resigned her position bottom line continue to pay them for three months full salary. When we reached out to the manager to return the money the agreed that they would return the money. Dawn independently called them and threaten to sue them then lied to our faces when confronted about it. This is just the tip of the iceberg I strongly encourage you to stay away from these people at all costs

I explored Bottom Line Bookkeeping through a recommendation. As a young business owner, I was not exactly in my realm. This company completely took me under their wing and showed me and taught me how to correctly plan, execute and decipher business decisions through an accounting lens. I work mostly with Dawn and she has been above and beyond all expectations. I highly recommend using Bottom Line for ALL business endeavors.
