Be careful with this company there is a realtor named Sherly Lopez, that ask for a bank statement to see if you have the funds for the property you’re interested , what they really used that is to check if you have more money of what you offer, they call you back and tell you to offer more money that the owner will not accept the, that action looked to me unprofessional from their part be careful doing business with this company.

As others have said, Tami is a miserable realtor to deal with. Only a few emails with her, it became clear she is not worthy of our business.

Don't list your property with Tami unless you want your potential buyers to be treated poorly. Made an above market offer TWICE on an overpriced property that's been sitting on the market with no other offers (so said she). I have to hunt her down a week later to get feedback on my offers TWICE. I think she is mistaking her unprofessional approach as a some sort of negotiating tactic. BEWARE. Stay clear! See reviews elsewhere on the internet re: Tami. She plays ILLEGAL games telling people they cannot make offers and not presenting offers.
