They did work that I told them not to do. Didn't fix the leak. Only did half of what I requested done. Quoted 463 billed 640. Had to argue with them over the bill and then they reduced it by 140. The 125 deposit didn't get applied because it took them 3days to get me a quote.

I had an unfortunate blockage in my main sewer pipe that was noticed early in the morning before work. I submitted a request for service on their website and they called a few minutes before they were scheduled to open and sent a plumber within the hour. The plumber was prompt, courteous, professional, and competent. He was able to remove the obstruction and restore my home's plumbing. I had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing and am very grateful for the quick and excellent service. Price was reasonable as well. I would recommend this company without a second thought and will reach out again if I'm in need of their services.
