        I was a key holder at Dollar General and I know for a fact that managers/key holders are required to carry the store phone with them at all times. Why at this store no one EVER answers the phone EVER! It is unprofessional for a business to never answer their phone for a customer. At least let the cashier answer the phone if the managers are never near by to answer. I'm ANNOYED!!

        Excellent customer service by a nice young lady named Echo, she was very professional and helpful when this dollar general was the ONLY place in town for hundreds of people to go to because of the tornado last night Thank God for this woman.
