I visited the Crystal River branch yesterday to get help to get connected to the TD website I spoke with Lillian a branch associate she was so patient and very verst on how to connect she worked with us for 45 minutes.I appreciate all the help she gave us and we are connected many thanks Lillian

I love this bank, I wish there were more of them near me. They have a drive thru ATM and drive up window open during business hours. The employees are super friendly and helpful. This location is very easy to get to.

I wouldnt recommened this bank. I stopped recommending them months ago. If you dont want a hold placed on your checks for 6 days to 2 weeks don't bank here.! have banked her for years. Everytime I deposit a check teller tells me 3 days then when I call customer service I find out that hold is longer than teller told me. 6 days to 2 weeks for checks to clear. They don't care that your bills need paid they won't release the hold. Td bank will tell you every excuse as to why there's a hold and amount of checks have nothing to do with it. They try to blame it on other bank but that's not true either exspecially when the other bank was notified by payee. This bank has gone downhill. I will be closing BOTH of my accounts as soon as checks clear. If my incoming checks bounce before check is cleared I will be notifying my attorney as well.

Lillian, Taina, Crystal, and Kayla all watched me sit at a desk with no help for thirty minutes today when I walked into the bank to verify my photo ID for a credit card application. Something that should've taken thirty seconds took thirty minutes until I finally had to leave without being able to be helped and prove my identity. When I originally came in I was told to go to the desk and wait for someone to help me shortly.
The following girls names I listed were all giggling, laughing, and walking around the bank and popping in and out of their front room by the windows behind the counter while I sat for over thirty minutes unhelped.
Worst TD bank I've ever been to.
I've managed and and Owned a relational customer service business for awhile now. Crack down on the manager or all of them and get someone else in there who knows customer service.

Drive thru is horrible. Wait forever. Response "we're short staffed" one
